Account & team
Your account menu, in the top corner of the admin, covers everything about you, your team, and (for those with the right access) how each site is connected. Values used across a whole website, such as social links, are separate: see Site settings.
Personal details
Update your name, email address, and timezone from your personal details page. Your timezone controls how dates — publish times, history timestamps — are displayed to you; it doesn’t change anything about the site itself.
Password & security
Change your password here at any time. If your organisation uses single sign-on, this section reflects that instead of a standalone password.
Managing sites
Manage Websites lists every site you can edit, each with a dot for its connection. Click a site to start editing it. Its gear opens the site’s own page, which is also where an unauthorized or unreachable status on the Pages screen sends you. That page has:
- Address: where the site lives, with its connection and version details. Change it when the site moves, for example from a tunnel address to its live address. Everyone you’ve invited keeps access.
- Active Users: who can edit the site, and the place to invite more people.
- Actions: change the site’s access token, or rebuild its search.
The access token is how Minamo signs in to a site. To make a new one, the site’s developer runs npx -p @minamocms/framework mint-token . in the site’s folder, then pastes what it prints into Change access token. The old token keeps working until it’s removed from the site’s vhost/site.config.json.
Managing your team
Invite new team members by email, and set what each person can do. A typical setup separates people who can publish and manage settings from people who should only be able to write and save drafts for someone else to review — check with whoever administers your organisation’s account for exactly which roles are available to you.
Subscription
Your plan and its billing live under Subscription.
Logging out
Use the account menu in the top corner of the admin to log out. This ends your session on this device only — it doesn’t affect anyone else’s access.
